York Plyo Box have been designed with athletes in mind. Plyo box are used as stackable Plyometric boxes for explosive training, step-up boxes for all over body conditioning, circuit based training.
Boxes are made from 22mm thick oak finished, plywood and are all hand made to a fixed size of 60cm x 60cm (Square)
